Return Eligibility

Customized and personalized items are created with your unique expression in mind, and because of this, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or a mistake on our part.

For non-customized products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Defective or Damaged Items

Upon review, if the item is deemed defective or damaged due to our oversight, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for our team to provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include any accompanying accessories or materials.
  4. Ship the item to our return address as provided by our customer service team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified of the refund status via email.

Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are non-customized. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, follow the return process outlined above.
