At LASER ART, your satisfaction is our masterpiece. We understand that sometimes, even with the highest levels of care and intention, a product may not fully meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and to ensure that your experience with us is as satisfactory as the gifts we craft.

Return Eligibility

Customized and personalized items are created with your unique expression in mind, and because of this, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or a mistake on our part.

For non-customized products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at +91-97144 50666 / carelaserart@gmail.com. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon review, if the item is deemed defective or damaged due to our oversight, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for our team to provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and include any accompanying accessories or materials.
4. Ship the item to our return address as provided by our customer service team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified of the refund status via email.

Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are non-customized. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, follow the return process outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Customized and personalized items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

At LASER ART, we understand that the delivery of your personalized gift is just as important as its creation. Our shipping policy is designed with your convenience and satisfaction in mind. We strive to dispatch your cherished items with a service that reflects the quality and care we put into their production.

Dispatch and Delivery

Our goal is to dispatch the goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, given the personalized nature of our products, we ask that you allow us 5 to 7 working days for delivery. This ensures that we have adequate time to craft your customized items with the attention to detail they require.

Courier Services

We partner with reputable courier companies known for their reliability and excellent service. All products are delivered fully insured for your peace of mind. At LASER ART, we prioritize quality over quantity, and this extends to our choice of courier services. We offer competitive shipping rates, especially for international shipments, as we believe in making our unique products accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Consolidated Shipments

For orders containing multiple products, we aim to consolidate these items into a single shipment. This not only reduces the environmental impact but also ensures that you receive your entire order at one time. Should there be a need to wait for certain items to be ready, the delivery date will be adjusted to the time when all products can be shipped together.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, if you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier company will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or to collect your package from their local depot.

Responsibility for Delays

While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, LASER ART is not liable for delays beyond our control, including those due to courier performance or unexpected logistical challenges. Similarly, if the customer is not available to receive their order upon delivery, we bear no responsibility for the delay in receipt.
