Defective or Damaged Items

For orders containing multiple products, we aim to consolidate these items into a single shipment. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, if you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier company will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or to collect your package from their local depot.
