Return Eligibility

Customized and personalized items are created with your unique expression in mind, and because of this, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or a mistake on our part.

For non-customized products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Defective or Damaged Items

For orders containing multiple products, we aim to consolidate these items into a single shipment. This not only reduces the environmental impact but also ensures that you receive your entire order at one time. Should there be a need to wait for certain items to be ready, the delivery date will be adjusted to the time when all products can be shipped together.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, if you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier company will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or to collect your package from their local depot.
