For orders containing multiple products, we aim to consolidate these items into a single shipment. Should there be a need to wait for certain items to be ready, the delivery date will be adjusted to the time when all products can be shipped together.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, if you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier company will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or to collect your package from their local depot.

While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, LASER ART is not liable for delays beyond our control, including those due to courier performance or unexpected logistical challenges. Similarly, if the customer is not available to receive their order upon delivery, we bear no responsibility for the delay in receipt.
